What is an Ignition Control Module?- An ignition control module is a computer that controls the ignition coil or the ignition coil's firing time. The ignition control module is the heart of an automobile's ignition system. It regulates spark generation within the engine. If your vehicle is behaving erratically and you have problems with it running smoothly, it could be showing signs of EZL Ignition Control Module failure. Our EZL Ignition Control Module come with a **Limited 1 Year Warranty** against any manufacturer defects. Note: This EZL Ignition Control Module will work on Mercedes-Benz Models with 3.0L 29662CC I6 Gas DOHC Naturally Aspirated 104.981 and 104.980 engines ONLY, CALIFORNIA RATED ONLY Will NOT work on Federal Models. YOU MUST USE THE HEAT PASTE WITH THE MODULE! We also strongly suggest that you test and/or replace your Ignition Coil before installing your replacement EZL! A faulty Ignition Coil can damage the replacement Ignition Control Module!
