- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
RMT offers Calculated UPS Shipping Rates. All sales that are shipped within the state of Florida are subject to a 7.00% sales tax. The resale certificate is subject to RMT's approval. RMT reserves the right to reject fraudulent attempts to evade the Florida state sales tax. All addresses outside of the state of Florida will not incur any sales tax. P.O. Boxes: UPS is our preferred shipper and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Physical addresses only.
RMT uses carrier UPS for all of its shipping services. All sales must be entered by 2:30 PM EST for same day shipping. If placed after 2:30 PM it will be shipped the following business day. All orders must be shipped to a physical address only. This excludes P.O. Boxes. Any and all orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays) will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped with signature on delivery to avoid fraud. The free shipping option only applies to UPS Ground and to the Continental 48 states. This excludes the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories including Puerto Rico, military base locations outside the Continental 48 states and the US Virgin Islands. With respect to all international sales, the Customer is responsible for customs fees and duties and RMT is not responsible for any delays, damaged or lost packages.

2. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES, WE GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL SHIP YOUR PACKAGE TO THE LOCATION YOU REQUEST. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING THEREAFTER (INCLUDING CORE RETURN) IS BETWEEN THE BUYER (YOU) AND THE CARRIER. TRACKING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED AT TIME OF SHIPMENT.
Our supply chain has both domestic and imported sources, and as Coronavirus spreads, we
anticipate there could be disruption in material and component availability possibly affecting repair
and sales lead-times. We will work through any disruptions as quickly as possible and communicate
any unavoidable delays. Also UPS has suspended all of their guaranteed service refunds for all service
types due to Covid 19. So if your order had an expedited service that you paid for and the package
does not come at the appropriate time, we can not guarantee a refund on the shipping.
